Why Pork Belly?

Our goal in making these simulation trainers was to design them to be as lifelike as possible.  The texture and feel of pork belly with skin is remarkably similar to human flesh.  When used in conjunction with our homemade models, participants experience the most realistic simulation out there.

Plastic and rubber mannequins are static and have an artificial feel to them.  Our simulators feel like actual human patients.  They are also specially designed to secrete blood and bodily fluids during the procedures like one would experience with a real patient.

Pork belly with skin can be easily obtained at your local market or can even be purchased online.    

You will never want to train on a rubber mannequin again!
